Agha-Mohammad-Khan (1742-1797) is the founder of the Qajar dynasty in Iran, ruling from 1789 to 1797 as king. In his young age, he was captured and imprisoned in Shiraz by Karim-Khan-Zand; founder of Zand dynasty. Years later, he tortured and killed Lotf Ali Khan of the Zand dynasty. He is also noted for his cruel and rapacious behavior.
Lotf-Ali-Khan (1769-1794) was born is Shiraz and was the last king of Iran of the Zand dynasty. According to legend, Lotf Ali Khan fought 14 men single-handedly for two full hours before falling. Lotf Ali Khan was betrayed and captured by his own people such as Ibrahim Kalantar. He was imprisoned and tortured in Tehran to his death. Accounts of Lotf Ali Khan’s personality and behavior depict a person of courage and perseverance who inspired great loyalty among his followers.
Yaft-abad is a locality in Tehran, located south-west of the central district of Tehran in Iran. There is no historic proof that shows that there was a castle in that area, we chose this place for our game because of its historical importance and beauty.
